Just getting to Uncle Harry's will be an adventure into industrial Savannah (we are the most industrialized city in Georgia - based on plant emissions).  From the historic district go West on Bay Street across the overpass (and under the Talmadge Bridge); turn right at the Great Dane dog at the first stop light, which is Lathrop Ave.; then turn left at the Colonial Oil storage tanks when you don't have a choice and look for Uncle Harry's on the left.

Turn right at the dog.

The mostly blue collar customers from Colonial Oil, International Paper, Great Dane, the ship yard (whose name is on the sign now?) and the port think of Uncle Harry's as the neighborhood bar with strippers. The mural you will see is a left over from the ownership of Harry Kyriakides.  We hear they hold car washes to raise money for charity - "toys for ta-tas".
